February: "Assembling your Development Setup"

Following up on the success of our kickoff meeting, we'll have our first presentation followed by a "tools and tips" discussion.

Agenda:

  1. Arrive / mingle / order food and drinks
  2. Welcome / quick introductions (approximately 6:15)
  3. Presentation: "Assembling your Development Setup" - Jeremy Dee will demonstrate how to get PHP, Netbeans, Xdebug & PHPUnit to play together.
  4. Discussion: "Developer Tools and Setup Options" - Share your favorite developer tools and discuss other types of developer setups.
  5. Discuss presentation ideas for March meeting
  6. Closing / Swag (courtesy php|architect and Engine Yard)
  7. Post-meeting: Socialize / Discuss / Network
